Neurodiverse individuals face numerous challenges in accessing the job market and developing their skills within a company. In fact, there is a high unemployment rate among neurodivergent people, such as those with autism or ADHD. Furthermore, they are often underemployed, working in roles that are unrelated to their abilities. While companies have an obligation and responsibility to provide accommodations to ensure equal opportunities in the workplace for all employees, it is essential that neurodiverse individuals also learn strategies that can help them overcome some of these difficulties.
